David Dalton
Owner & Investor
Before founding Northstar, David spent 16 years serving in pastoral ministry. That experience shaped the way he works with people every day by building relationships, communicating clearly, and treating every person with genuine care and respect.
Today, he brings that same people-first approach to real estate and property investment. From finding opportunities to transforming properties, he takes pride in being hands-on, easy to work with, and committed to doing quality work from start to finish.
